Biomaterials and Biocompatibility

David Williams has spent most of his 45 plus years working on the development of biomaterials, the analysis of biomaterials performance and the understanding of the phenomena of biocompatibility.  

The publications listed below, along with the textbook Essential Biomaterials Science, provide David Williams’ recent analysis of biocompatibility phenomena and the development of an overarching theory of biocompatibility mechanisms and the demonstration of biocompatibility pathways.
